INDICATED DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times indicated are only indicative and are based on the time of shipment of your package. Shop 12 is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process or late payments.

CUSTOM DUTIES OUTSIDE THE EU

For all orders shipped outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by customs and any carrier-related fees.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE – IT’S SIMPLE AND FREE*

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Otherwise, we cannot accept the return and proceed to the refund. For any questions please feel free to contact us by email contact@laboutiqueshop12.com if you have any questions.

  • If you want to return or exchange a product, simply log on to your account and choose REQUEST A RETURN.

  • Choose the product, choose the reason for the return and click CONFIRM.

  • Once we have received your request for return, we will validate, and you will be sent a return slip. The return shipping cost is taken care of by Shop 12 so there is nothing for you to pay.

 

 

*This service is offered for clients in Europe. To process a refund or exchange outside of Europe, please send an e-mail to: contact@laboutiqueshop12.com stating the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the return address, as well as a reference number which you put on the return package. The return delivery cost is born by the purchaser. In case of exchange, Shop 12 will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is born by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by Shop 12 (up to a maximum of one exchange per order).
